2. File placement of

The operator puts the document into the document warehouse of the designated sealing machine, and after closing, click the position to be sealed on the screen. After receiving the instruction, the intelligent camera module in the sealing machine will automatically capture the document information and send it to the leader for review.
3. Dip process of
the capping machine
It is detected that the documents are in place, and the leader has authorized the equipment to seal. The seal electric push rod extends downward, and the seal moves downward through the spring to get the ink. The sensor on the electric push rod body detects whether the push rod extends in place. After the seal is extended in place, the electric push rod is powered on reversely to drive the seal to shrink upward, which is the same as that in place to complete the printing and mud taking process.
4. Seal moving forward:
After it is detected that the printing paste is taken, the No. 1 stepping motor rotates forward and is powered on. The seal is driven forward by the smooth rod transmission mechanism of the sliding blocks of the synchronous belt 1 and the synchronous belt 2, in which the sliding blocks of the synchronous belt 2 are fixedly connected together, and the forward distance and speed of the seal are controlled by the pulse number and pulse frequency transmitted to the No. 1 stepping motor.
5. The seal moves to the right:
It is detected that the seal moves forward, the No. 2 stepping motor rotates forward and is powered on. The seal is driven to move forward through the synchronous belt 3 and screw link} transmission mechanism, and the left and right distance and speed of the seal are controlled by the pulse number and pulse frequency transmitted to the No. stepping motor to complete the right movement process.
6. Down stamping process:
Before and after the seal is detected to the right, the positive direction of the seal electric push rod is powered on, and the push rod drives the seal to extend to the specified position of the document through the spring.
7. Reset process:
After the seal is completed, the seal electric push rod retracts in reverse. No. 1 stepper motor is powered on in reverse, the seal moves backward and returns to the original position, and the sensor detects whether it is completed.
8. Remove file:
After the sensor detects and seals, the electric control lock of the document warehouse will be unlocked automatically, and the staff can open the document warehouse to take out the documents.
